How many consecutive cloudy days can a solar decorative light operate?

Our LFP battery packs are sized for 3–5 nights autonomy depending on the model. In practice, even partially cloudy days provide 30–50% solar charge, so a 5-day autonomy model can sustain lighting through 7–10 days of poor solar radiation before the battery is fully depleted.

What is the lifespan of the LFP battery in solar decorative poles?

Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) batteries in our solar poles provide 2,000–3,000 charge cycles at 80% depth of discharge — equivalent to 7–10 years of daily use. We provide a 3-year battery warranty and offer battery replacement services after the warranty period.

Are solar decorative poles suitable for all Indian states?

Yes. India has a Peak Solar Radiation (PSR) of 4–7 kWh/m²/day across most regions. Our solar system sizing accounts for the lowest PSR month in the installation state. Kerala and northeast India (lower PSR, more cloudy days) require larger panels and batteries compared to Rajasthan and Gujarat (highest PSR).

Can solar decorative poles be connected to the grid as a backup?

Yes. We offer hybrid solar-grid models where the LED operates on solar during the night and the grid charges the battery during extended cloudy periods. This ensures 100% uptime even in the most cloud-prone locations.
