Material Procurement
IS:2062 GR B structural steel, IS:1239 GI pipes, IS:3589 ERW pipes sourced from SAIL, Tata, and JSPL.

Fabrication
CNC plasma cutting, hydraulic press forming, robotic MIG welding. Dimensional checks at each stage.

Hot-Dip Galvanization
Pre-treatment (degreasing, pickling, fluxing) followed by hot-dip galvanization at 450°C for 85–100 μm zinc coating.

Powder Coating

What is the minimum order quantity for decorative street light poles?
The standard MOQ is 10 units for stocked designs and 50 units for custom designs. Sample orders (1–2 units) are accepted for project approval at full price without quantity discount. For government tenders, single-unit orders are also accepted at list price.
Do you supply installation services pan-India?
We supply civil and electrical installation services in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Karnataka, and Delhi NCR through our authorised installation partners. For other states, we provide installation supervision with the client's civil contractor at a daily supervision charge.
Can you manufacture poles matching a heritage zone specification?
Yes. We regularly manufacture poles for HRIDAY and municipal heritage zone projects. We can work from architectural drawings, precedent photographs, or INTACH-approved motif specifications. Cast iron finials, ornamental brackets, and lantern-style luminaire housing can be custom fabricated.
